How to set up automated deal search

In this article you will learn how to set up your custom  and automated search. The advantage of it is that you can just sit back and wait until some one posts an item you are looking for, for the amount you specify, and then you get notified with sound or tray icon notification. You choose how you want to be notified. It’s easy, but it helps you find the deal before anyone else knows about it.

Here are the 4 easy steps:

  1. In the “Search” screen clear the form by clicking on the “Search” button in the top main menu.
  2. Fill in the form and specify the keywords, price range, category, or any other parameters to filter out undesired items.
  3. Click “Seach” button in the form, or simply hit “Enter” key to check if item is already available.
  4. If you get a notification message that no items were found, then simply click on link “Save As Deal Request” under the big “Search” button.

That’s it. Every time a new item appears on eBay that fits your search criteria, you will be notified. Make sure you set up your notifications correctly so you don’t miss any deals.
